  All service bookings must be confirmed through our website, by phone, or in writing. Once confirmed, a service contract is established between you and Easy Clean NV.

  Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Failure to make payment on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Cancellation Policy:
  If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling:
  We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but they are subject to availability and may require additional fees if rescheduled within the 24-hour cancellation window.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

• Access to Property:
  You must ensure that we have safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time of service. This includes securing pets and providing any necessary access codes or keys.
• Preparation for Service:
  You are responsible for removing any valuable, fragile, or personal items from areas to be cleaned. Easy Clean NV is not liable for damage to items left in the service areas.

5. Liability and Warranty:

• Service Guarantee:
  We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns.
• Liability:
  Easy Clean NV is not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions or the use of customer-supplied cleaning products or equipment. Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Use of Website:

• Content:
  All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Easy Clean NV and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
